...and now has happened to me. I wrote a note for Lillian on her apology and somebody deleted. That is unfair. Nobody has the right to delete any post, except the person who wrote it, or Veronika. I now she didn't delete mine. So who did this? I have not idea, but I'm sure her (or his) heart is full of hate and cruel. I just pray for you and for your soul. I hope you don't delete this because I will post it again, and again, and again.

I think that there is a bug in the system. A couple of months ago I noticed that a picture of one of my towels changed to a picture of someone else's embroidered shirt. How else could that be explained other than a bug? I don't think anyone would change something like that on purpose.

Only Veronica and her website administrator can delete any posts. If there was a problem with the server and the web administrator had to revert to a backup all posts after the time the backup was created would be gone. Also, if the site is at or over capacity the post may not save. Keep in mind, computers are only dumb machines that add 1+0 very fast, so sometimes they do get bugs.

Don't get upset, just post it again or send a PM.

Letvia, I don't know what is going on. I can't imagine your posts being reported as abuse. Anyone can report abuse by pressing the abuse triangle then giving a reason, but (and I am assuming here) someone (a site manager?) would have to read the reason, your post, and agree that it was indeed abuse. I think this is just a mistake or computer glitch. I wouldn't let it upset me anyway. love ya!

I also have had posts disappear. Wish if there is a problem with my opinion someone would at least PM me so I could know the problem. Also believe we all have right to opinions and interests in different crafting techinques and nobody is forced to read posts they don't like. Not everything is going to interest everyone.

Hey Letvia... I heard about this happening while I was without a computer. Sorry to read it might be happening again. I would like to think that ONLY Veronika has the poser to delete what she might find objectionabl and that the rest of us would ONLY be able to Report what Might be an abuse.

I just re-read that... It's my typing and not my spelling...LOL

I pushed the triangle that has an ! in it by accident a few times and a box popped up saying

and then you can hit SUBMIT or CANCEL

Now because it was by accident I clicked cancel. After reading this post I tested it on some triplicate posts and chose other and said it was a multipost and they did not get deleted. So from what I can tell the average member can not just go and delete, they can only report. From there it goes to a moderator(s) and then it is deleted. I hope someone that knows how this site works can explain in further detail.

Sorry I hit submit before I finished with it is also a possibility that the moderators take it upon themselves to censor what is posted without anyone reporting it as abuse. Perhaps they do not like the subject that is being written about or the member that made the post.

It seems I remember that it was posted last year that, the site owner was making a change. Some and/all OLDER members could delete a questionable post by clicking the report button, and newer members could still report it and someone would look at it. I tried to find the post that was discussing this but I couldn't.

Marjialexa was going to be appointed, "Unofficial" site moderator, and was creating site tutorials, approved by Miss Veronika, but there is no way Marji would ever remove a post unless it was totally offensive to all.

But then, I don't even know if the Moderator appointment went ahead anyway, so this whole post might be moot, especially since Marji discovered very few people bothered to take any notice anyway.

So, to the best of my knowledge, the only person who can remove posts is Miss Veronika,

BUT!!!!

The internet has never been 100% stable so there are often times when strange thing happen and articles, items, photo's, even whole web pages, can just disappear into the Internet Triangle.

I agree 100% there is no way Marji would remove posts if they were within the boundaries. I believe there will never be an answer to the question

both my photos and my posts were deleted. I was angry as. i think this is a free world as far as faith and ways are concerned but apparently i am wrong

Letvia is this the second time you posted this? Unless I am dreaming I had read this before and replied to it, but now it is not part of this thread. If this is the second time, than the first one got deleted and along with it all the answers.

I don't know exactly what is going on either but I would like to give the Cuties the benefit of the doubt. I for one thought I might have deleted one a long time ago by accidentally hitting the abuse button. I still don't know if I even hit the abuse button but my computer was going slow and I went to click a flower but, if you will notice, the flowers are aligned exactly with the abuse button, so I thought I might have hit it after the slow computer finished scrolling.
If you do hit "abuse" does it get deleted immediately or does Veronika check it first?

The other thing I would mention is that pictures are turning up in the wrong places so there is obviously a bug in the system and we don't know what it is affecting.

I think someone is abusing the abuse button.

I did not think that anyone other than Veronika could delete posts. I am surprised by this. :-(

I thought there was only acouple people that had that much clout here. I do not know how to delete anything at "Cute". H&*

happened to me, too. I don't even post that often, and pouff...they were gone...as was the whole thread that I posted to.

Letvia, I am sorry that happened to you, it also happened to me a few times. When you post, read it later, then go back to check and its GONE, makes you wonder. I don't know how to delete anything that has been posted, when I double post by accident(like the double post on the Monogram S) I wish I could delete one of the posts I made, but maybe its better if most of us don't know how!!! Not sure how one can delete anothers post. It should not be possible...one would think, but I have read about this same thing before. It would have to be one very savvy computer person. Why this should happen is so unfair. Someone must be sick I guess. Have a nice day Letvia.

letvia I have posted or thought I did but there was so many on the site that it did not go through maybe that is what is haooening.I do not see a way to delete a message from the site.I hope that is not what is happening

Oh dear; it's happened to me before, and I didn't know why. Perhaps you can get together (on-line) with Veronika and find an answer. It seems that all of this electronic information is out there, somewhere.
Don't let it upset you though; it may just be some sort of electronic glitch.

letvia i just posted the other day of this problem- i had not had it happen to me till then and could not and still dont understand how and why anyone would want to be so mean as i posted a very nice comment for some one and also inclueded pictures and i read it the first day and others had comment on my comment then i went back to check it a few days later and it was gone i was very hurt by this but i will keep posting thats all i can say to you is if we all keep posting then maybe it will tick off this mean mean person enough that they will go elso were i sure hope that you keep posting also good luck mary

I'm so sad to read that someone is doing this. I for one don't know how to delete something that someone else has written. I pray that whoever is doing this will stop and think of the consequences.

I'm sorry it happened to you, but I didn't know if would be possible to do that. I thought once something was on the website it was there until someone with passwords and stuff changed it. I hope it gets straightened out.
