who really wants a snail 2 weeks before christmas??? can't they TRY to do a little better than that, even if it is free, has anyone really USED it????

alright, i am not a beggar,(yet) but i'm getting there quickly. i guess i sounded mean, just really didn't like the snail. sorry to offend you guys who really like the snail. or just the idea of free designs. and i am ALWAYS very grateful for something useful. i may have been negative, but you guys are quick to be defensive, too. SORRY for upsetting you with only an opinion.

Jenny we all are entitled to our opinions; however this one could have been addressed differently. I cannot help the way that you feel toward the snail. However; it's not that serious because it's optionally rather you download it or not. The CUTE family has been through a lot this year and they will stand "Nail and Tooth" for what they believe. Many I've come in contact with has been VERY helpful. Again, if they feel threaten they will depend the CUTIES. I don't feel they are being defensive, they are only standing for what they believe and that's UNITY. I hope you enjoy your holiday season and make it be FILLED with MUCH L*VE!

Jenny, it may be only an opinion, but it's one that does not need to be expressed in the public forum. There is no good reason to post like this, it won't change anything and only starts a thread of crabbing and complaining. The snail won't come down immediately and be replaced with a Christmas design just because you don't like it. That design was voted on by enough people to win it. I'm sorry you don't care for it, you are not forced to like it or download it. You can have any opinion you choose about it, but when you choose to express mean-spirited, negative, snarky opinions like this, you're going to get this kind of response every time. We like to stay upbeat and positive here as much as possible. We like to help each other, answer questions, share projects, and be grateful that this site exists for us to be able to do that! It may be free for you to post here, but I assure you it is NOT free for the site owner to have this forum, projects area, Designs by Cuties, etc. It consts Veronika hard-earned money to provide this forum free to you and all of us, some sites have forums available only if you are a paying member. So yes, we do get upset when the only point of the post was expressing a personal derogatory opinion of the site on the site owner's nickel. If a free snail two weeks before Christmas is your only problem, Jenny, then probably you ought to count your blessings a lot! I hope your day improves a great deal, you're obviously having a bad one. Sorry to be so blunt, but I can't let things like this go, it's too important for the well-being of the group in general. You are not required to take the freebies they are just that if you don't like it or want it leave it there. The digitizers work really hard to design these and share from their heart. So you can take what you like and leave the rest. Have A Blessed and Merry Christmas.

Obviously you need to learn to be grateful for small GIFTS, no matter what they are.

If it has been voted in, then there must be some people who DO want a snail appliqué, probably to finish off gifts for their grandchildren.

Don't be so selfish and ungrateful.

And I apologise to other Cuties for my reply but this kind of attitude just makes me see red and Cuties of long standing will know why.

I have LEARNED to GIVE THANKS for others kindness! I have seen other sites who don't give anything, so I am GRATEFUL ;D

I'm afraid I'll get coals in my stocking if I complain about my gifts. I like the snail. I've finished Christmas motif sewing and embroidering. Now I'm looking forward to Spring and Summer. I'm so slow I have to start early.

Wow. I'm shocked. Free is not good enough? Now we also have demands to impose concerning design content? A very great many people don't celebrate Christmas in the first place. Cheers to Veronica, who knowingly or not, and maybe in the very spirit of Christmas... is giving us some... ummm... diversity. I'm all done with Christmas sewing. I'm moving on toward Spring now! I can use the SNAIL!

I have stitched Cars,MotorBikes,Fairies,Eagle,Roses. other Flowers & Butterflies on Towels & Teatowels all for Christmas. I have 1 more to do and it will be a teddybear if I can find one thats not too dence. It means u stitch what the Children like. I would like to get the S,H,I,J,K,M,N,O,& p in the blot alpha but others have there needs also.
