Found this review: (Not my personal comments)

I used one pound semisweet chocolate chips & one pound milk chocolate chips. The ice cream only made the chocolate not set up as hard, otherwise tasted like chocolate chips. No FUDGE texture. Not firm enough to cut into pieces and get out of the buttered pan. I refrigerated over night. Sorry this recipe just misses the mark.

Ingredients
2 lbs ghiradelli semisweet chocolate chunks (I get mine from the bulk food bins at Winco and I choose the smaller chunks)
2 cups packed vanilla ice cream, melted
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions
1Melt ice cream in measuring cup in microwave.
2Chop up chocolate chunks into smaller pieces.
3and place into double boiler pan. Melt chocolate until smooth, stirring constantly.
4Add melted ice cream and stir until combined. At first it will start to stiffen on you but then is able to be stirred again.
5Add nuts and stir until combined.
6Place in sprayed 8X8" glass dish and put in fridge until set.

I did not find any recipes with those ingredients when I searched, but I did find a site that claims to have 140 fudge recipes.

http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/Des...

Hope you find something to your liking in there.

Let me know if you try it. The big hit at my house this Thanksgiving was Spicie Pumpkin Fudge. What better than Pumpkin and fudge? LOL
