It appears the satin stitches are too wide.The design is much larger then indicated. It is 4.96"x5.04". If you have satin stitches this wide, you must split them otherwise the machine won't be able to handle them.In your digitizer do you have options to split satin stitches? It just means that the needle will go into the fabric more then once to make a row of satin stitches. I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

I am not able to try and stitch it out either as it did not download for me as well. I really like it as I am looking for letters this size to put on a banner for our Christmas Advent wreath.
