I did ask them how long it would take before they reconfigure. Hopefully they respond soon. I just don't feel comfortable when I hear the words "should, probably, I think. I prefer a definate response.

Glad you received an answer. In the past when Mircrosoft brought out a new operating system you could choose in the property of a program to run it on different Versions. That worked for me often with older programs. Good luck with it.
