They look like you could also make them 3-D, by adding a back side to them and a little stuffing. Maybe even omit the wings and make the baby into a rattle toy. Yes the ideas are endless. Hi the wings are from www.heartstringsembroidery.com.. the streamer angel, the baby faces is from a group that I bought a few years ago on ebay called grandmas gang and the body is a basic upside down heart applique.
