From my experience, I believe it is that when an error occurs in the program it automatically prompts you to send an error report back to the developer. Just like windows does when it give you that pop-up that asks if you want to send it in.

I downloaded the sophiesew program last night. It errored out 3 times, the alert popped up and I couldn't get out of it nor could I send the report in. Having said that I had to reboot my computer. My dear hubby, who manages a helpdesk tried, he had the same issue and we deleted the program. There didn't seem to be a virus or anything, it just didn't work on my computer...perhaps it was the Vista. Not sure if this helps you or not! Blessings!

YEP THAT HAPENED TO ME AND I REALISED I HAD NOT FOLLOWED THE CORRECT PROCEEDURE
Please read each tutorial and follow each section. write it down if need be as see where the curser points to. i could not understand how to open a tbmp of my own and then realised you had to open the santa first then click on the side and follow instructions to import your own.
i have actually managed to get as far as filling in but stopped to get other work done,
i took a photo of one of my ferrets and changed it into coloring book and used that no need to make extra lines as the program does it for you. now i can go back and do a better version.
practise makes perfect and yes i will be donating to it if it full fills its promise. i though that the tutorial was the best one u had seen and was not complicated at all BUT you do have to follow the steps. annie in the UK

it means that they can sort out any problems that occur and put them right if a problem pops up then the programmer is informed and can do something about it
