Then I also get another pop-up saying "an unnamed file was not found". I have no clue what these mean only they won't let me transfer the design to my card. Does this make sense to anyone out there, please I need help.

I had either that or a similar problem (can't remember exactly) when I first got my machine. It turned out that the card needed formated in my machine before putting it in my computer.

My my RS settings are COM1 38400 bps It could also be a corrupt design. It's hard to know without more information.

Did you get your problem solved? I don't use Customizer, I use the Digitizer Pro, and it works a bit differently. Ricky's advice should work for you, please let us know. Hugs, Marji

OK. When you write the design to your card, click on the card icon on Customizer. A box will open. Double click in the EmbF5 folder. Then click on name. A box will come up. Type the name of the design in it then click OK.Then click on Write. This should write it to your card. Make sure it is in the jef format.
