Hi Hi!!! I am going to the following places for a tour! Just wondering what are the must see in UK London and if its easy to go Disneyland when I'm at Paris. I am joining a tour over there but I have free and easy and i think quite a lot of lesisure time. Is there any fabrics or embroidery threads (are they cheap in the first place) to get from Europe?

And where can I get those nice fabrics. TIA!!! Or anyone want to bring me and my husband around hehhehe

Harrods is interesting to look at particularly in the Food Halls. It is expensive so look dont shop. My daughters loved looking here. Covent Garden is interesting to watch whatever entertainment is going on. Soho is interesting for Chinese foods and lifestyle. Again my two enjoyed visiting there. Liberty near Oxford Circus is good for fabric - not cheap but the shop is good to look at as it is so unusal and historic. John Lewis on Oxford Street is/was good for fabric. Again this will not be cheap. I need to look up some furter info on fabrics which I will put up later.
Tourist - well this goes on forever Buckingham Palace, changing of the guards. Trafalgar Square, the art galleries, the Tower of London, the London Eye, museums, there is loads to see and do. Have fun

London and the south of Eng - a lot of interesting shops. Barely nothing in the Midlands. That was what I found when visiting my daughter in Warwickshire. All depends on the exchange rate.

Birmingham market is very good for fabric and not expensive at all. Fabulous Fabrics in Ashby de la Zouche is an aladins cave for fabric and covers all price ranges. Loughborough market Thurs and Sat has good fabric stalls. Watson Thornton and Textile Express in Shrewsbury are good too.

I'm in France. It's very easy to go to Disneyland from Paris. You have a train (RER) to "Marne La Vallée" :o) and I think you can find nice fabrics (cheap) in Paris(the store name is "Marché Saint Pierre)...embroidery Threat NO, they're more expensive than in USA.

I found that nothing was cheap in Europe. I suppose it matters with what currency you are dealing with. I hope you have a wonderful time site seeing. There are so many beautiful places.
