In the picture the monkey looks fine, was it because of the waffle and the thin arms and legs? I don't see any problem via the picture and the tea pot looks great. I love the waffle fabric as well, but don't find it around here. Where did you get yours? Peggy
Good answers to waffle weave. They can be tricky. make sure it is dense and use the solvy topping. The teapot looks great!!
they look very nice, fortunately you live and learn. Like others, I had done some towels and got really frustrated with them, until I learned to put the WSS on top. They turn out so much better that way.
I like usng the waffle weave towels. I use a stabilizer on the bottom the towel n the middle and a water soluable stabilizer on top. Give it a try.

I like the waffle weave. More absorbent. These are nice & my daughters say the same thing about me. I just put everything away instead of using it. *4U
Cute, Suzette, and Shirlene is right. Use the WSS (water soluable stabilizer) on top and it will keep the fabric down and let the design "sit" on top.;)
Suzette, these are nice dishtowels - did you a WSS topping for the monkey? I do on fabric like this - some times - two-three layes - it does help. *4U
