size: approx 4X4 Used 100% polyester filling for toys. What do you use? Does one have to remove all stabiliser in between stitches in such designs? Comments/advice for these welcomed and appreciated!

I probably would use tear away & not care whether it all tore away or not for a pincushion. *

Did you use a tear away? A cutaway would be fine and wouldn't require removal at all. Tear away might start to turn loose with use, but I'd not worry with it now. This is adorable.;)

Suzette, this looks great, as the others have said, for this project I would also not worry about removing the stabiliser.
I remove all stabiliser if you can see the back of the design after the project is made.

Really cute pincushion. In this case I wouldn't bother removing the stabiliser, pins will easily go through. Great use of this CUTE design.
