The first image is the finished article, the second is a computer generated image. As you can see I digitized the placement line and the filling stitches well outside the final line of stitching to make sure there are no gaps along the seam.

Annatjie, this fits the 5 x 7 hoop. Making it fit for the 4x4 is hardly an option, it would really be to small and so fiddly to turn. I tried placing it diagonally in the hoop, but that was no help either.
