Looking for an applique design of a tennis/running shoe, for shirt with a HOLE. Anyone have suggestions? TY in advance

you've got some answers. i just give a suggestion for in case you cannot find something. i had the same probblem once and i made some material at the inside to cover the hole and embroidered a design at the front that covered the whole part where you saw the material of the inside and the hole.*4u
