These aren't the designs I have downloaded, but I can't find the site now although I have the designs. I do remember that this was one of the very first sites I visited back in January when I started searching for new designs. I can almost see the site in my mind but can't locate it. Sorry.

Oh, I also ran across the 'panty' designs again, last night. BUT, I downloaded them from a YAHOO group and I'm not certain which one. I need to start using the digitizer/site filing system instead of my categories.

2707167271This would definitely need strick rules: 1) panties must be in clean, useable condition. 2) Thongs will not be permitted 3) Mega-hoops are acceptable 4) all entrants must watch "how to hoop unmentionables" 5) No embroidering in crotch, unless area is 4" x 4" 6) project must not have been seen before (including hanging on a clothesline); and for Shirlene--no FSL panties--just too risky . . . . feel free to add rules :) No really--nip this in the bud!
