If you mean "Designs by Cuties", all the designs are donated by members, so the only way to know when a new design or alphabet is posted is to look through the most recent designs. I have a technique that I use to know what is new to me. I give a flower to the member who donated the design when I download it (or if I decide that it just isn't my style and so I won't be downloading it), so all I need to do is look for the still-green flowers to know that the attached design is new.
If you mean the Cute Alphabets or Alphabets.cuteembroidery sites, the newest letters/alphabets are always at the top of the list on the first page.
