I'm trying to download the C and it tells me this emb person cannot be found. I saved the picture and the color chart with no problem, but the ART and DST does not work

The "C" was up yesterday, am I missing something today (the 6th)? I did refresh my screen, but still the C appears. This alph is absolutely gorgeous--hope that I can pick up the A yet, as I got in late.
