I have tried several times to contact Cute embroideries with my questions but have not had any luck.
Can anyone outthere help???

Be sure you have unzipped the files because the machine will not recognise a perfectly good design if zipped. I missed that step a few times and couldn't understand why I could not load my design.

I have a Janome 300E, I use a flash card to take designs to my machine from my computer. The flash card has a great capacity, but the machine can only read up to a certain number of designs. I was putting designs onto the card, then not finding them on the machine. I had to delete a bunch of designs before they would show up on the machine, even though they were on the flash card all along. Another problem could be that the design is too large for your sewing field. Check the size of the design, make sure it fits your field. If you only have 4x4, you can't load a 5x7 design. I think your Janome should have both, though, yes? Please let us know how you take designs to your machine, and which designs you downloaded, I have a membership, maybe I can look at them for you in my Digitizer program. Good Luck, Marji

Hi There, thanks for your comments, I have downloadedin the correct format JEF/SEW, unzipped, before taking to my sewing machine, but still they do not work. I have tried several things. Here are the following designs I purchased and cannot embroider.Floral border 912943

Are those 2 the ones your Users' Manual advises? Do you try to load them as is or do you use the right software? I have stitched out many designs in jef, they are OK, so it can't be the design, it has to be the compatibility.

Did you receive software with your computer? It should be either Customizer or Digitizer Pro. You have to use the software to transfer the designs. Let me know which you have.
