ever heard back fom anyone. has anyone ever made any progress with an issue by clicking on "contact us"? what is the button there for if they don't use it to reply? and who is the "us" i am contacting? please help me understand.

you might want to check your spam in box or where your junk mail is going...somehow her replies may be going in there....she has always answered me if needed...maybe someone from us can help...I will try for you also lol deanna

Jenny, I do hope you receive a reply soon - I do believe that Veronika takes care of the site rather well - considering she has the others and CUTE, too. Maybe she took the weekend off - we all do. *4U

I have used "contact us" many, many times and I always have had an answer from our dear Veronika, maybe she is a little busy right now. She always is looking for improvement in our great Cute World. Jenny, usually you get a timely reply here. The "us" in Contact Us is Veronika and her staff that run the website. But please remember, they also run Amazing Embroidery, Adorable Applique, and CuteAlphabets as well as Cute Embroidery, and they are doing some work on the sites right now, so things might be a little busy. Also, it might be good to know that English is not their first language, and things have to be translated. If you keep it simple, translating programs work well. If you use slang words, etc., sometimes you get a bunch of gibberish. I'm surprised you haven't heard back, perhaps you could try again, or is it a question we could help you with? If it's about your account here, that has to be the staff at Contact us. Good luck, Marji

I have been in this situation also and I have to keep contacting whom ever I'm trying to contact by phone. I don't know why they have a contact us button on most websites they are worthless!!!!

Ziggy519 most sites that I contact I usually get a response. However; if I don't NEVER get a response than that tells me a lot about their character. JESUS always give a answer to ALL. ALSO, you will find that this site is WONDERFUL and everyone tries to pull TOGETHER to HELP one another. WELCOME ABOARD ;D *2U
