Dear Gerry, I'm sending you the biggest hugs I can!!! The broken wrist is bad enough, but when it's your work to embroider & craft, it's even worse! My best healing thoughts are coming your way! Too little bone calcium is "osteoporosis" in English. In the USA we have a medicine that not only stops bone loss, but helps rebuild bone. I THINK it's called "Boniva". Oh Gerry, I am so terribly sorry to read your bad news. I know how difficult it is going to be for you, having broken my right hand in 2007 and having to learn to do things left handed. It took me nearly 12 months to get the full use back, especially bowling again, but it was broken in three places so hopefully you won't have the same trouble.
Oh I do feel so badly for you, I hope you heal really quickly and don't have more pain than you can cope with, and please remember, if you try using it too soon it will delay the healing process.
You know it's never too late to start taking a calcium supplement.

I already have a calcium treatment called:acti-kit. every day a calcium portion but the treatment can only stop the proces but does not give more bone-structure.Thanks for your hugs

We use Glucosamine to help rebuild cartilage, 1500mg per day and it is really good for relieving pain but I don't think there is anything that can re-build bones once they have started to calcify, but the process of destruction can be slowed down.

There is a vitamin for restoring memory loss but, since i don't take it, i can't remember what it is!!! LOL!!!
