Glad you are back Sandra, I have learnt a lesson from you, as I have a habit of moving things and not thinking,,

Some one asked how this could have been done,as if it couldn't be done. Well it is not impossible as I have just done it and the lesson is when moving your computer around don't plug the modem power cord into a powerboard with the power onto the board as when the prongs dont line up properly and it makes conection without being pushed in all the way and it sizzles and sparks and carries on and then, oops no power to the router and you have just fried the router. See how easy it is. I learnt the hard way because I was in a hurry to get it done and didn't stop to think what I was doing at each step, and that is how it is done. lol and big bucks later, I am back.
