Gosh, I thought we were having it tough, here in Cape Town, South Africa, it has been in the middle 30's for the last few days, and we think we are hot !!!! Also have fire's in the mountains, but not half as bad as you. Hope they manage to halt the fires before they too much more damage by you. Holding thumbs that it gets cooler there.

Is supposed to be alot cooler tomorrow. They just had a news report they think there have been 100+ houses destroyed around the state. Won't know for sure until the smoke lifts.

It is still hot here I went to Adelaide today and thought it was hot until I got home and found it still 40 C and the house had been locked up all day

Woow ... You girls are in warm place. I just looked temperature before breakfast - here in Northern Europe it`s -15 c. Just perfect day for sewing and maybe for embroidering (which I haven`t done for ages). And reading Your cute`s posts, I haven`t had time to be HERE in Cute ...

wish I was there. My sister lives in Whales, and they are also covered in snow.

Its 1 am and 43 degrees outside....i think there is skunk running aroundin my back yard Such a pewtrid smell. yuk

Wow that is hot. We are at 31.c Not too bad. Hope you are safe from the bushfires...Please keep safe...

It has just cooled down here after a long hot 2 weeks. 44deg this morning around 32 at the moment. 25deg tomorrow. I am inside in the cool house but I still feel lazy and don't feel like doing much sewing...Tomorrow.
I hope you are safe and the fires are not near you.

Yes the heat does make you lazy. We can smell the smoke but it is very windy so they aren't that close.

Just seen the news about 30 homes have been burnt. there are 9 huge fires burning out of control, it is so windy.

Sorry to hear about the houses, and fires. It is always so sad, and we cannot even say we know what it is like, because we are so lucky to not be in that situation
