Nonna57, I am so sorry to hear of you Fathers passing. I to lost my Dad acouple years ago, I think it is one of the worst time when we lose our parents. When ever Mother's, and Father's Day come around I feel an envy for the people that are fortunate enough to still have that pleasure. God bless and comfort you and your during your time of sorrow. Hi Pauline, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad's passing. I lost both my parents and my mom 11 months ago. It is very hard to lose someone so important to you. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about them. There's so much I want to share with them so much that they've missed. As hard as it is for you today...it will get better...you'll have your memories which will last a lifetime! I'll keep you and your family in my thoughts.

I am so very sorry to hear of your father's passing. Both of my parents have passed away and there is not a day that goes by that I don't think of them. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Pauline, my sincere condolences for the loss of her father. I can understand her feelings, I have lost myself my father 2 years ago. I cannot describe this feeling with words. I wish you and your family a lot of strength that you can survive these painful hours with dignity. The life goes on that we must accept, even if our darlings do not stand any more on our side. We should not cry "you" have gone, but we should be glad that "you" were with us!

Nonna, I am so sorry for your loss. When you are close to a parent it makes it even harder. I know you will miss your Father terribly, but you will also have a lifetime of good memories to remind you that he will always be with you! I'm so sorry to hear that. Lost my Daddy 2 years ago and take care of my Mom now. We just about lost her during Christmas. I know what your mean. I quit my job to be able to do this and do not regret it a bit. I enjoy every living minute of it. I know her time is coming, and hope that I can be all to her that she is to me. Nonna i am sorry for your loss,your Dear Father will always be with you as he is in your heart.

Pauline, my heart breaks for you - it is never easy - even when we know their health is bad - I know that you were able to spend some quality time over the holiday with him and you will treasure those memories. I will take heed to what you have said and do exactly that - when I see each and every family member as time can and will slip away from each of us - much quicker than we think - I will have you in my heart, my thoughts and especially my prayers.
