I have found the most awesome deal on some wonderful embroidery thread. It's at www.MetroEm.net I ordered the large cone set, and love it. They are having a super sale, I'm not sure for how long - but if you are looking for some excellent thread at a very, very, good deal. Check the site out.

Everything is great! My son got married in Orlando on the 13th of this month and I don't have to tell anyone what that was.. I live 500 miles from him and tried as much as possble to be involved, and with the ongoing cancer stuff - my life has been busy - but full of good news and joy.
I hope everyone enjoys the thread - I love it and know of many others that do as well - I just had to share this deal.
Thanks for noticing I have been MIA! :-)

Thanks - I have a friend I forwarded this to - she is always after my thread! I buy in the 5000M spools, and it drives her crazy. How long have you used it? I too am from Florida - down toward Daytona - where in Panhandle are you? We sold our place in Panama City Beach the week before Ivan hit up there. After going through Opal we did not like the commute to check on our place.

I was looking at the price of this threads, it is very reasonable, It is cheaper buing the small spool for .69 cents. If you buy the large spool is 1.99 for 1000 yards, the smaller one you get 500 yards, so you get 1000 for 1.99 or 1500 yards for 2.07, so for only extra .08 you get 500 yards.

I mean to say buying, but you know me!!!!!!OOOOOOOOOps queen!!!****

Maria, I think you're not getting your arithmetic right. 1000 m = 1100 yards and costs 69 cents, 5000 m = 5500 yards and costs 1.99. Absolute bargains. Madeira on 1000m spools cost € 5.25 = $ 6.80 here! I'd buy a lot if the p&p + import duties were not so high!!

I agree this thread is very good. I Jan in England have been using it for quite some time. I have never had any problems with it. It stitches out beautifully
and have never had any breaks when embroidering. Congratulations on being a survivor and keep smiling. Life is so wonderful. Do you not agree xxxxx
