line or 2 has been missed when digitising - i am stitching on towel with WWS as usual and never had this problem before. The designs are from "Quackups and" "Chocolate fairies". 2 bad stitch outs in 1 day is a bit disheartening

Thanks for the info. Will watch out for this and do a test stitch first.

Yes...I did have problems with the quackups not fully stitching out right. And it was exactly like you stated, that it was missing a line or two. I was dissapointed, but got my machine back and was able to fudge it, by shifting my fabric, enough to fill it back in. I was working on a deadline baby gift...so I wasn't very happy, either! I stitched two of the quackups and both were quacked-up! lol

It is a bit of a "bummer" but glad to here u were clever enough to fudge it. This is why everyone suggest a test stitch first i guess. Lbrow suggests stitching out another type of fabric other than towel as this is quite thick. Thanks - its nice to know that i am not the only one at least and *4U

Blackie welcome back. U have had a lomg quiet time, haven't U? Haven't stitched on any of the sets u mentioned but have done other Bunnycups sets with no problem. could b your thread, stabalizer, needle or even the fabric u r embroidering on. sometimes it's the way we have hooped them. so many variables can come n to play. Test on another kind of fabric & see how it turns out. *4U

Hi lbrow i have been around just not posting projects as i haven't had time too busy reading posts etc and not doing any sewing (does that sound familiar), Looks like someone else has stitched these and found the same problem. I will do as u suggest and try on another fabric and see how it works out - thanks for your tips and bunch of *4U

I have not stitched out those but have stitched some of their designs and have never had any issues with them. They stitch out really nice.

Did you use a topping on the towels? This can happen when stitching on towels or other types of thick or fluffy fabrics. I haven't stitched out these designs, but have had this problem, with otherwise perfect designs, without the topping.

Which chocolate fairy was it? I have the designs as well and had a quick look at them but couldn't find any lines missing.

I don't like to - they have been generous enough to give these design away for free (and plenty of them ), i don't want to seem ungrateful, i have stitched out others though and they are fine - thanks for your input and *4U and have a nice day

Thankyou,i drop in most days with a cupa. I bought my machine to learn how to make patchwork quilts. Had it for a year before using the embroidery side. I am now nearly finished an embroidered patchwork kingsize quilt..i am also new to computers so will need help to work out how to post it when done. Will look forward to chatting to you again.
