I didn't digitize this design. I did however take parts of 3 different designs to make this, so I hope it's ok. I wanted this to put 3 across a shirt with 3 different Christmas Themed fabrics.

I've seen a Christmas tree skirt done with a waterglobe on each panel. The globe part had an photo appliqued into it. I was wanting to try it with an ornament instead (less stitching so easier to make several for family gifts). This will be just perfect. Thank you.

The designs were parts of my software and I did not take them from another design that was done for sale or for free from anyone. Except for the loop which I originated. I appreciate your comment and should have been more clear.

i don't think that doing this combining is quite legal, maybe better check into that a little more if you do it alot...i wouldn't be telling if it were me doing it. be careful...

I think this might possibly be OK if the parts are design elements that come with your embroidery software for the purpose of creating designs, as opposed to taking parts of purchased designs and combining them into a "new" design.

Software probably comes with some alphabets. Surely you can use words from these in your own designs? Also something like a basic applique shape.

On the other hand, many brand specific software programs also come with samples from the company's designs, which I would think would not be OK to "borrow" from in your own designs.

This is a good question to look into. Software comes with a license agreement, maybe there are specifics in that.
