Free standing lace Christmas tree ornament designs. Designs came from http://www.freenamemania.com. They took 30-45min. to stitch out. Love the texture on the hat and moustashe. This is three of 14 I hope to do before Christmas.

They stitch out great. You don't have to join unles they have changed.

I agree with shirlener88. I made 11 of these, boy had I had enough by the time they were done. But they look great, and I am glad I did them. Good luck with the next 11.

AAWWW - these are gorgeous - i bought some of these - exactly the same but in wood and folk art painted years ago from the states when were lucky enough to live there for 2 years but these are stunning.

One color FSL goes faster since you don't have to stop to change colors. Next year probably one color ones will be done.

I used Solvy brand water soluble, heavy weight, on the bottom only. It is very thick and I haven't had to double it.
