She ended up helping me to mop up some minor floods in my house. Here are some pictures from the weekend. We took her to Cape Point, which is also known as The Cape of Storms.

I still have to make a whole quilt. All I did in the class were two blocks to learn the technique. Reversible means that you make a quilt on either side - you'll have to wait for me to make one to show you. *4U

What Breathtaking pictures, i thing the cape region is the most beautiful part of south africa, i have done the garden route atlest 3 times and just cannot get enough of it.Did u see any whales? I love the Nelson Mandala strelitzia. lucky u to be living in that part of thr world.

shirley, your photos are absolutely breathtaking, I particularly like the bird one. Not sure who Sharon Pederson is but I am sure you would have enjoyed having the teacher stay....always a bonus. Glad you had some play time together.
