cicadamn, TrueSizer is a good *FREE* program that not only resizes your designs (hence the name), but also converts from one format to another. I've put the link below for you.

I DLed it, just to try it out and recommended it to my daughters, but now and again I use it myself, although I can resize in my 3D software. It does the job!

Ambassador is a free conversion program available to download at the link below.
I do have it and have tried it but it is only a scaled down version of my Elna Full Digitising program so i had no reason to keep Ambassador.

Can you edit the design density when you rezise with this program?

I'd also like to know the amswer to this. I use Wilcom Trusizer, but it doesn't change the design density when you resize. *4U
