thank you everyone for your comments. *4 all The whole event (which is a local cancer charity) raised £970 (about US$1950).Enrty to the event was by ticket only and limited to 150 only to include the BBQ food. People very generously supported it. Children sold sweets, there were games galore, tombola and the raffle. The pillow went to the right person - someone who loves Beatrix Potter. Jo
