Hi Cuties, I was recently asked, by a few, for my instructions on placement, of a design, on a pillowcase cuff. I have made a pdf of 'How to Embroider on a Pillowcase Cuff'. I have also showed how to place directional fabrics, so they come out in the correct direction, as seen in the Toy Story pillowcase below.

If anyone of you are interested I am offering it free. Send a pm, at INBOX at top of this page^ to toogie, with your email address and I will email it to you. (I haven't figured out if it's even possible to upload a pdf here on Cute.)

Also, links below for making the pillowcase. The Babylock link has a click 'here' button for the pdf of instructions, for you to easily save.
Some measurements vary slightly, but the measurements I use on mine are:
Main fabric- 3/4 yard cut 27 inch x width of fabric (WOF)
Cuff- 1/3 yard cut 9 or 10 inch x WOF
Trim or Accent Flange- 1/8th yard cut 3 inch x WOF
Cute Embroidery has many designs that would be just gorgeous on your pillowcases. The designs don't have to be personalized. The pillowcases can be monogrammed and made for wedding gifts, too. Endless possibilities!

Oh Toogie, you shouldn't have. How did you know that my name was Grace and I'm a crazy cat lady. When can I expect to receive my pillowcase? Just joking of course, but seriously your cases are lovely and you are so thoughtful to share your techniques.

Grace was a girl I made this case for and a quilt. She had been in an accident. I haven't heard how she is but her mom said she was a cat lover. I thought these might cheer her in some small way. I knew you were joking but if you would like my pdf send me your email address in INBOX.
