I checked the file and all is well. The flowers are a darker color and that is why they show up. Could it be that the teapot blends in with your background color?

I checked the colors in the JEF mode and the teapot is stitched in white. This might be the reason why you do not see it.

Same here, the file is OK . I downloaded 3 formats: pes, jef and vp3 and they all show 3 colours: white for the pot, green and yellow for the flowers.
