It is spring, right? Here is a picture from my sewing room window today. It has been snowing off and on since Sunday, (more on than off) I am ready for spring. Anyone else have snow?

We also had an unusual visitor yesterday, Mr. Moose. He spent most of the day in our yard.
Aunt Annie, this looks like the same moose your hubby saw.

The moose was on campus again today sauntering down Blake south of Sweet. Couldn't figure out at first why cars were stopped and people running around with their cameras out. Also saw squirrels, so... 'Moose and squirrel."

Moose needs to go home. I am concerned someone will get hurt, He seems docile, it would be easy for people to forget it is a wild animal.

Different story here in California. I have not seen snow for years. However I can get to it fast if I want to drive to Lake Tahoe. One minute I have to turn on the air conditioner, and today I turned on the heater. Fortunately it is raining, something we are in terrible need of.

Hope you rain continues for a while, as long it does not flood or cause land slides.

It is Spring, but Winter never makes it easy. What a special visitor! I love to see wildlife. I'm glad you shared your visitor with us.

At the moment fortunately not, our temperatures change weekly between zero and 18 degrees, just April ( Germany)

We always get a little snow in April, but this is going on for almost a week. This morning it was 27 degrees Fahrenheit or -2 Celsius and snowing. Sounds like your weather is similar as it is here in north central Idaho, US.

How beautiful Pam. It's Autumn here in Australia and we've had lots of rain due to La Nina.

This Easter weekend is the first in many years that I can remember where we don't have rain.

I love seeing snow, as we don't get it here on the East coast of Australia and I love your picture of the Moose, it looks quite relaxed. Love Chris

The moose was too relaxed. After a meal of bushes, it rested beside the house for several hours then a snack from the tree, before leaving.

I’m not sure where you are located but no snow here. We had HEAVY rains, lightning and wind last night. It sounded scary it was coming down so hard. Today is just the opposite. We have beautiful sunshine and everything looks washed clean, yards green. As hard as it rained you would think it would have washed the pollen off my car. Not a chance. Drives me crazy because it needs to be hand washed, it is stuck on so.
Snow is pretty but I know you have had enough of it and ready for spring weather. Happy Easter to you and yours-Toogie

Hi Toogie, I am in north central Idaho, about 80 miles south of Spokane, WA. Glad your weather was no more than a heavy rainstorm. And a Happy Easter to you and your family.

Yes its Spring in the UK. Lots of lovely blossom on the trees and the weather is getting warmer, then it went colder again. The only animal I get in my garden is Molly cat from next door. Not sure how I would cope with a moose it looks rather large but somewhat exotic compared to a cat

Yes, the moose is large, we were afraid it would scratch itself on the fence and push it over before wandering off, hopefully back to the mountains.
