I just wanted to share some photos of. my sewing buddies - Jenni-Lee and Rocky Poppy. They are Ragdoll. kittens and follow me everywhere. They literally bounce off the walls and just bring so much joy to our lives. They both rush to go to bed with us, but instead of sleeping, they attach themselves to our fuzzy blanket and nurse - complete with sucking sounds, kneading and purring. We end up with wet places on the blankets. Jenni-Lee has the blaze that goes up above her nose, while Rocky Poppy just has a teardrop. We are both totally in love with these babies.

Beautiful cats and great personalities. Just watch out later on for heart issues. Ragamuffins have the same personality but no heart issues. My sister has two that came from our rescue. You will have a lot of love from them. Suzanne

We have heard about that too, also they can have kidney problems. We have two fountains for fresh water all the time and they do seem to drink from them lots.

I did not know what a Rag Doll kitten was. I looked them up. They are beautiful and very affectionate. If I got a kitty I would look for the Rags. Thanks for showing us your beautiful babies.

I'm glad you were able to learn about Ragdolls. They aren't the perfect cat, but pretty darn close! Sometimes they attack - but with purrs and rubbing and meows. Ours purr really loudly too.

The two sweet have grown quickly, good that they have different faces, you can distinguish them well. Continue to have fun with your little fur balls :-), Thank you for the beautiful photos, hugs Maria

I'd like to train these two to walk with a harness. I'm training them first with break away kitty colors around their chests. Do any of you have a pattern for a kitten vest? I have one for larger cats, but it isn't sizing down very well. Does any of you Cuties walk you cats? Jackson Galaxy recommends doing that.

Such characters. They must be so much fun to have around. Yes be careful with the threads. My dog was all tangled up in a ball of Mohair which I suspect also causes trouble with the digestive system and cost me a bunch of money. Fortunately she was OK.

Wow, dogs too! We have removed all the window blind cords too. I'm so glad she is okay. They did get their heads caught in those handles to the strong paper bags. I heard a lot of flopping and one was stuck. So now we snip the handles before they get them.

How do you get any work done with these beauties? I'm so glad you have given your hearts to them. I know they are giving you lots of love, cuddles and kitty kisses. I hope you share more pictures of them. I love seeing our Cute fur babies.

Thanks, Karen, It is not only hard to get chores done, but they love my sewing room and to hang out when I'm trying to sew - like laying on the fabric and even got on my embroidery unit for ride. Thanks for the invite to share more photos, because I would think people would get tired of seeing them..... but not our Cool Cat Cuties!
What pets do you have now?

Both my hubby and I grew up with cats and dogs. We had cats earlier in our marriage but have no pets now. I miss having pets but cannot safely care for any at this point. And that is probably why I love seeing the Cute fur baby pictures I can at least live vicariously through the pictures.

They are soooo adorable. But please keep a close eye on them in the sewing room. Several years ago my Bud ate a spool of thread and got very sick-to the tune of $4500.00 for surgery and after care. Hugs. Nan

Wow!!! I am keeping all my threads wrapped up, except for those right behind Jenni-Lee and I'll wrap them right away since you mentioned this. Once they get them licking, it is impossible for them to spit the thread out! I'm sorry your Bud at that, did he ever recover after that?

mrskiki by mrskiki 02 Aug 2021

Yes he did great and is still with me. He and his sister are 14 yrs old. But I can tell you that whenever he comes in the sewing room, he still looks around for thread to chew or anything else he is not supposed to have! I can't imagine what the draw is to thread. PS, he likes pins too.

Oh No - not the pins!!1

You know what it is like! They tumble all the time. If they are sleeping or eating, they are chasing, tumbling and climbing. The little boy is really affectionate, but the little girl has to work us into her schedule!

They are adorable and must be such good company. A sweet face like these kits have could get away with lots in my house.

They are getting old enough now for more rules to be enforced. The water spray bottle seems to be most effective. Any other ideas? We have climbing structures and scratching posts everywhere, sticky sheets on the new furniture, and toys absolutely everywhere.

I love how they follow me around. I don't know if other breeds do this, but it is a typical ragdoll behavior. They are also talkers and love water, even baths.

Thank you so much, they just truly melt my heart. At one time we had three: Snap, Crackle and Poppy, so when the last one died, it was sooo sad around here. They came packed with joy.

At first they would just climb my legs to get up, now they sit at my feet and beg! I had forgotten how sharp those little claws are! They just fill me up. Do you have any pets now?
