Many Cuties know Sue Dewsbury and her amazing work. The link below is a very interesting read on how her machine embroidery and digitising 'career' came about after she retired from the day job. Sues designs have raised around £15,000 for her local hospice which is where Sues great friend Scotty was cared for.

Thank you for the posting. I do have to say that I miss her here. I am glad she has found a way to use her wonderful talent to support a good cause. I have made the dress she has featured in this article a couple of times. She also has some supporting videos which I find very helpful. As I am getting older I seem to become a lot more visual.

I'm so glad you posted this. I was wondering how Sue was doing. Her designs have been and continue to be incredible in my book. I still miss her here at Cute but she is doing a wonderful act of charity for Hospice.
