Hi everyone. I was released from physical therapy for my hip replacement. There is nothing more I can do until my knee is replaced. That is stopping me ... I am going in February 8th for the knee replacement on the same leg. Then it is back to PT. SO far my hip is good. Now to get the knee straightened out. I am a little apprehensive to have this done. The same surgeon is doing my surgery. I will ask for prayers when the surgery is closer. Thanks!!!

Thank you Chris. Yes I am glad the same surgeon is doing the knee. He did such a great job on the hip. He is a very skilled surgeon and I am thankful for that.

Thank you!!! Hope this is the last surgery... I just want to walk with no crutch and no pain.

Two steps forward, one step back, and I know they all involved pain! Glad you are forging toward a solution. Until this is resolved, no slip and slide for you, and this includes mopping floors or stepping near spills! Who knew we were going to be Bionic Women?

Thank you my friend. I know you are both praying for me to do well. I just want to get in and get it over with. another thing to add to my resume Bionic. hehe

You will do great. Make sure to do your therapies as they are the key to good movement and use with joint replacements. I had my right hip done, then turned out I needed the left knee replaced and oh my gosh they the right one. It was quite the ordeal because of delays etc but it all happened in less than two years. It has now been six years since the last replacement and everything works fine. Good luck to you and certainly prayers.

Good to know you are doing well and I can expect to do well to. I did therapy on my hip and went as far as I could .. Then the knee kept getting too painful. Hopefully this will be the fix I need. My hip is doing fine now.

You will be a new women with lots of new parts. Of course we will pray for you, now for the anxiousness to go away and later for a successful surgery and fast healing. Hugs
