This is so pretty Sarah. Have you decided on a colour for your border yet? It's looking fab! Love Chris
P.S. Just saw your previous post and now know you've chosen the number 5, I'm glad! Love Chris
The framing finishes off all your hard work.Yesterday while looking for a certain colour of stranded cotton,I found 7 finished cross stitch items (dogs & birds ) which never got framed because I thought the framers wanted to charge too much. That was years ago, probably a lot more now.
BEAUTIFUL JOB.. This is so time consuming but you are coming along at a quick pace. Nice subject too. I like it.
Coming along nicely, Sarah... Beautiful job... Can't wait to see it finished!
wow, this is beautiful, I think the border will be lovely in grey or in one of the blue colors. But it's becoming great !!!
Sarah your patience is excellent. I am trying to get UFO’s done at the moment and won’t need more fabric for ages and ages. Well that’s what I’m saying. Keep up your excellent work.
Oh, this is just lovely - you have such patience!!! Beautiful!
Oh, Sarah, this is so beautiful! Sure to be a family heirloom! Bravo!
Lovely Sarah. I am assuming this is hand cross stitch as I see the booklet. I once did two fairly large pieces. One framed 11x14 and one 16x20. Then one of the children said I would have to make a third one, so the 3 kids could each have one, when I am gone. It took me about 6 months to do the largest one because I was having trouble with my sight. Show us again please when you frame it. I know you will be pleased when you display it. Beautiful work.
It will be beautiful. You are almost finished.
Thank you Angie. I am still wondering what colour to do the border. The pattern is in a brown but I do not like it. I think I will go for a medium grey
