I am back. My surgery went well. Had a few days that where uncomfortable but have been doing my exercises-thank you to those that emphasized that-and am now in outpatient physical therapy. They say I am doing great and will be able to walk without the cane soon. Thank you all for prayers and support!

That is great Deb!!! I am still waiting to have my Hi surgery. I was suppose to go in in March but got cancelled because of the virus.. Glad you are doing great...

Good for you. If they gave you a print out showing how to do the exercises, make a copy or two for later when you need a review to buff things back up. You paid tens of thousands for that little sheet of advice and they DO work.

Oh, and one more thought. Even after I thought I was through with the cane, I kept it in the car in case I was somewhere and got overtired. Chunk it in the trunk.

Wonderful to hear this. Had my back surgery last fall it has helped immensely along with the PT. You keep doing as they say. You will soon be back up to par. No pain can be wonderful.
