Ironically, I see another post where getting a key for older programs is impossible. Does anyone know how to "save" the key so that if the computer crashes or whatever we can still activate our programs? Won't help now, but it'd be good to know for the future.

When you say "key" is that a number sequence you can write down and keep, like a serial number? Seems like the time to switch to Embrilliance-easy to use, inexpensive and as long as you know the serial number you can use it on multiple computers. Hugs. Nan

As the key for Embird is sent by email, I copy the code to a USBstick, where I also save the keys for the different extra parts.
I am not very consistent saving the program itself (certainly not the outdated versions ) as you can always DL the current one.
And that is where the problem starts. Upgrading is not expensive, but the newer versions won't run on Vista. And the older versions are no longer available.
