Chuckling about My South and Southerners this morning. When we have a tornado warning siren drill, it's supposed to be exactly at 10:00 am and only on Wednesdays. Exactly at 10:00 is how we know it's just for practice and not the real thing. Well, our siren just went off, at 10:10. I'm not saying Southerners are slow, or lackadaisical, just that we're not detail oriented. We're casual. Relaxed. Diffident. Casual. Somebody help me out here. Maybe they are just hesitant to alarm anybody?

Yes, I can understand. At least someone managed to send the practice alarm. And what's a ten minute difference when you have nowhere to go anyway? hehe Keep avoiding viruses and tornadoes.

If I heard it, I would be like "head for the basement"!

10 am - 10:10 am? Wednesday? Not like anyone has someplace to go! Maybe they're on quarantine time, like the rest of us? Take care, Hugs*, Deb
