Mary there is a search option and it’s the one we have had for years. Please look under the q and a section and sorry I’m on my phone and haven’t mastered links

Q&A, or FAQ. Means questions and answers or frequently asked questions. I didn't actually go look, but find something similar and the answer should be in that section. I'm sorry if I haven't been helpful.
