Please pray for my hubby .On Dec.28th all the fluid leaked out of his right eye.He has had shingles in his eyes off and on for a year now. A shingle lifted the cornea transplant he had back in about 1992..Had to drive him 7 hours to Toronto Canada 7 hours from home(a friend took him)as i donot drive down there in 6 lanes of traffic.Anyways operation is tonight . Just saw this Carolyn, I'm so sorry about John's eyes. I'll certainly keep him upheld in prayer. Only home for a short visit and back up to the Hunter tomorrow for another week. Love Chris

I'm so sorry to hear this Carolyn. Poor John, this must be very hard on him. I've had shingles, but thankfully not in my eyes.....they are very painful, so I can't imagine. Praying for his safety home and for you, and his dear friend that is driving him back.

Thanks for the update Carolyn. We say no news is good news In the UK They could have kept him in. I just hope that they remember any information and instructions when they return.

UPDATE ++++John is being released today so his buddy is driving him home , still no clue what they did or what was wrong His buddy writes word like +++We are waiting for meds then we will hit the road (that was today's message) MEN:(;(

Just saw this and praying now for you both. What a good friend you have! Blessed Heavenly Father, hear the cries of your daughters for this sweet couple that they may have a good result and the best care possible. We know Father that John is in your loving hands as the doctor works on him and the nurses give care. Keep Carolyn calm through this time of waiting and help her be what John needs when he comes home.

He being operated on as i type should know later tonight it is 8;30 here in Canada
