145789Congratulations on the Epic! I have 2 epics. What software are you using? You will love the epic. I downloaded the manual from HVQ site, put it on a flash drive then I took flash drive to local printer to print and put into a spiral book for me. Our fedex did the printing and put the manual in the spiral book.

Get in touch with Husqvarna head quarters in Canada ,they should be able to sort it out.For the price you paid ,you should have everything that comes with the machine.

Well ok i sold lots and now i have left two embroidery machines Epic And Ruby and 2 sergers and 6 other regular sewing machines maybe more lol
