I hope you are feeling better each and every day. You continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. Rest, and enjoy Jim's attentive care. Hugs*, Deb
As they say, it never rains that it pours...and you sure are having a lot of auxillary problems from the surgery. These post operation issues can sure make one uncomfortable and I'm hoping that they go away quickly. Did the benedryl get rid of the hive quickly the last time you had hives? Having throat issues may be your body telling you that your need ice cream!
good to read you are at home, I hope you will recover , and feel better soon. Take it easy and take care. Hugs, Gerry
Welcome back Vicki, now for a speedy recovery. Hugs from Maureen
Hope all will continue to go well. My heart goes out to you.
Glad to hear that you are home. Sorry that you have theses annoying issues. Hope they clear up soon. If the benedryl doesn't take care of the itching, your doctor may be able to help. I got medical relief for a very itchy rash that worked really fast. Hope the kitties have you feeling better soon.
So happy to read you are being looked after so well by Jim and your kitties. I think any surgery that requires Anaesthesia makes your throat scratchy. So I'm praying that it will disappear quickly. In time too your appetite will return and you will be able to eat some great goodies. I know what you are going through with the hives and hopefully the Benedryl will alleviate the itching. It could be something in the anaesthetics they used that has caused the itchies, check with the doctor when you see him on Tuesday.
Let Jim do everything he can for you and REST, our bodies need it after surgery.
I pray that your breathing will be 100% now that your Maxillary Sinues and septum are in place. Good luck with everything Vicki. Prayers are continuing for you all. Love Chris
Thank you so much, Chris.....hives are still migrating, they are up around my neck now..ugh! I'm sure once am off all meds it should go away...
I hope you feel better fast!! Keep up with the pain meds - don't let the pain get ahead of it - soon, you won't need it at all!! Hope the soreness in your throat disappears - that would help your appetite loss! Keep us up-to-date on your progress! Loads of hugs, Laura
Thank you for the update. I am glad you made it through and yes, the burning throat often means the tube did some injury. I would ask the doctor about it. He might have suggestions and possibly a word with the anesthesiologist.
Now, REST.
That's what I thought too, especially when I took the flash light and looked in the back of my throat, it looked like road rash....Yes, I intend to rest now......
Just get well soon. Your appetite will come back. Jim is not to worry.

Clearly the kitties and time and painkillers will create your healing. I hope at least some of them still knit and I know they are all attentive otherwise. Yes, that tube scratches the throat - those are very sensitive tissues. So glad you are on the way to much better days.
I am glad you are back home, but I am warning you. Take it easy!!! I am keeping you in my prayer for fast healing. You may want to mention to your DR. about the burning in your throat. I hope it will go away soon.
Hugs
Glad you are home and in Jim's good hands... Hope you make a full and speedy recovery... Don't overdo!
Hope you will be feeling lots better soon Vicki!. Prayers for you.
Keeping you in my prayers for a quick recovery. At least you are home (I assume) in your own bed with the kitties around. Hugs. Nan
Yes, Nan....I am thankfully home and getting lots of kitty hugs....they are confused that I am not in but they jump up on the recliner and sleep with me.....
