Looks delicious Carolyn!!! My daughters and I are going to make our sauce and apple pie filling in a few weeks. Love fresh sauce!!!
Wowzer. Why do you not can your applesauce? Looks delicious! It looks so creamy do you use a food processor as well?
Hi Carolyn,
One busy girl...looks lovely...
Lotsa love
Nicky
Looks like a fall kitchen, so pretty. Nice to have these stored for winter.
Food for the winter when you can't get out. I have been putting up okra.
My you sure have been busy. I am making curtains for my home. About half way there. Hugs
Oh canning is more fun But curtains you can enjoy 4 years unless your me and keep changing. Like the young ones i get bored easy :):)hugs xxx
how old did you say you were?? i can't do canning anymore, my son is so mad , we both love pickled beets, i buy them in cans from the store, sure not like my homemade ones used to be, you keep going girl but don't over!!! wish you lived closer, i would buy a jar from you .... enjoy them this winter xoxo doris
The pickled beetroot looks fabulous and the colour of your wild apple sauce would go down a treat with my granddaughters - at least the younger ones, they still love anything pink. You must have been busy!!
A lot of work but yum yum, oh so good. I love pickled beets. Preparing for winter. Good for you Carolyn!
OH MY GOODNESS! I bet your hands (and kitchen) are now colored red from the beets, huh? But they will be worth it--yum so good! Am not apple sauce lover, but pretty in the bowls.
Awesome work Carolyn. Glad you worked out that us Aussies call Beets, Beetroot. Love Chris
Now you can serve an all pink and red meal! They look lovely. Is under the house full of preserved foods yet?
Haven't seen any more geese - they must have passed the word back up the line that it's still 96 degrees in Alabama.
