The fabric makes it so cheerful, great bag , Chris!
Beautiful gifts and lucky ladies to receive such a wonderful gift. You always do such a fantastic job!
Love the tote! Is there a zipper at the top edge? Is this screen very stiff or somewhat pliable? Great job Chris!
Hi Toogie, no zipper in the top, but you could add one or even a pocket etc. The fabric is somewhat pliable just needs a bit of manouvering when sewing! Love Chris
Love your bag! What is the screen called? Ladies will love the bags!
At the hardware store it is called Pet Screen. It is vinyl and can be sewed, even embroidered on. Love it! Hugs.
Hi Suzanna, thanks for commenting. I buy insect screen from a store here in Newcatle called Bunnings. It's quite a strong mesh. As Mrs Kiki has said it can be embroidered on as well. Love Chris
Amazing what you do. Do you overlock the screen edges or put them in a French seam so they don't unravel or become sharp. Are any good at writing tutorials lol. Marian
These are fully bound Marian with bias binding. If you enlarge the picture you can see the red bias binding through the mesh. Love Chris
Love it. Like I said before "Lucky ladies"
Thanks so much Angie, they think I'm so clever. he he he, but it's just time! Love Chriws
I love these bags you are making. Your ladies will love them also. Hugs
Thanks Shirley, just 6 to go! I'll have to go to Spotlight and see if I can get some more bright and cheerful fabric. Love Chris
Good morning Chris. This is a beauty!
