Thanks Gerry. Never will forget long ago. At the beginning of Nursing School an instructor wrote this in big letter across the board. ASSUME Then said "if you do this you make this out of yourself Ass then it will be U and ME . That has stuck with me for more than 40 years LOL. Needless to say no one ever assumed anything when it came to nursing. Only the straight facts.
