Hi Cuties, I, like many of you would be heartbroken by yet another senseless act of terrorism in New Zealand. I am asking for prayers for our NZ members and all the families who have been traumatised by this violence.

May the messages of LOVE that are pouring in from all around the world show that these evil people will not win.
Love will conquer all. Love and prayers Chris, Newcastle, Australia

Hello all from Christchurch New Zealand. We live in harrowing times I feel that we have had a sleeping giant awaken in our midst . we never thought that this would happen here ,,we are only a small place and so far away from the rest of the world. Our hearts go out to all the people affected by this senseless crime .Including Medics ,police , 1st responders and many many more as well . Christchurch is a very quiet city at the moment everywhere you go there is an eerie feeling in the air . We are still picking up the pieces from the earth quakes a few years ago and now we have this . Words cannot describe feelings at the moment . I cannot look at the TV any more it upsets me,, helicopters are still flying daily . Where we live is very close to where it all happened . We still have armed police on the streets ,,,our police dont normally carry firearms some have them in their cars but not on them visibly.. I just pray that this is not a scene of things to come .
Hilda

Hi Hilda, I can sense the hurt in you heart. I too pray that New Zealand rises above this act of terrorism. Prayers for you and your beautiful city.
I've been to Christchurch twice and fell in love with its quaint atmosphere and beautiful River Cam and parklands. Your Christ Church Anglican Cathedral was just beautiful and I read that it's not going to be completed for about 7 years! Nothing happens very fast in the Anglican church! Love Chris

My first thought when I heard the news was to pray for those affected as well as the whole country and the world.

I, like you Barba, pray for that too and am mortified that this happened in such a beautiful country as New Zealand. Nowhere is safe anymore. Love Chris

My broken heart and prayers for comfort and strength have been added to the prayers of those who care so very much for this broken world. Our words can never fill the void but we as a united group of Cuties can and are making a difference.

Yes, there is so much hurt in our world. We need all countries to stop the use of automatic guns. I do hope that Jacinda Ardern (the NZ Prime Minister) can get their Gun law altered to exclude the use of automatic guns.
"Under New Zealand law, anyone 16 or older may seek a firearms license, and anyone 18 or older who has applied for a firearms license can seek a permit to possess a military-style semiautomatic weapon". Love Chris

I was in the Doctors waiting room when I saw it on TV. Couldn't believe what I was seeing. My prayers go out to everyone concerned.
To think it was a house of prayer that was targeted saddens my heart.
We must not let our anger take over us if we do then they win.
