I finally worked out the issue that many people are having logging in, the requirement to change password has been removed the problem should be solved. I will repeat the A & B at the end they will run at the same time as the Y& Z
19430If you have been able to login with a new password then use the forgot password link under the login box. if you did not get an email check your spam folder, once you get the email the best way is to click on the link in the email to get to the reset password fields, if you can't do that then very carefully copy the verification code into the box making sure there are no spaces, you should now be able to enter your new password. make sure you have typed it somewhere first then copied that into both fields, this will avoid any errors.
If you did manage to get logged in with the temporary password then go to "my store account" in the top menu and enter your new password in there, again make sure you have typed it somewhere first then copied that into both fields, this will avoid any errors.
the password reset verification and the change password fields are all working, I can't tell you how many emails I have had from people wanting help logging in then sending me a second email saying they got in eventually, please take care filling in the fields and you should be able to get in.

Thanks Alice but still no joy. I change my password & then it tells me to reset it again. Buttons don't work when I try so sorry to say I will have to give up trying. Only other way is to reregister & it tells me email addy already in use. So thanks anyway & sorry to give up after all the years with you but just can't keep on trying
19430She's not answering all emails about log in because there are so many. Check the site to see if you can see the discussion threads for help. I will also send her a link to this thread so maybe she can help that way. She also said that she thought everything was fixed yesterday so try again.
Also when waiting for a reply remember the time zone differences.
462517I also am still having problems. I was able to log in with the new password, but that's it. The site won't let you do anything until you change your password, but it won't let me do that. I've tried to type in a new password and also tried to copy and paste a password, but nothing works.
11468I jumped through some hoops but got it! Yeah! then it said I had to change my password, which I did, and said it again, with the profile saved so I just went though and checked out.

7930had the same problem for days. But I managed just a few minutes ago, with the new password she did send to log in, and to reset the password. So just try again with the password she did send you. A new lovely font starts today. Good luck.

I believe that it is all working now and you should be able to login with the password that you received or by resetting your password. Your old password will not work as it was encrypted so I could not transfer it.
