Wanted to let you know this is an Australian marsupial called a QUOKKA! They mainly lkive on an island off the Western Australian coast called Rottnest Island. The island was named by a Dutch explorer because he thought they were large rats. It was originally called Rattennest Island, but over the years has become Rottnest.
There are small groups on the mainland and another island called Bald Island. Aren't they cute? Love Chris
