The files are not available now as that part of the website has been closed for complete checking of all the files. Perhaps the Cute member that created the designs could help you.
I will go see if I can find the instructions in my files.

It seems the files have instructions that differ from other heart hot pad files. I would hate to give you the wrong instructions.
